Prof. Marek Wierzbowski and Partners - Advocates and Legal Counsellors is a law firm, organized as a partnership, with four partners and alltogether twenty lawyers, specializing in business law, with particular expertise in securities, mergers and acquisitions, the restructuring of companies, privatization, corporate matters, insolvency law, banking and insurance, real estate, EU law, competition and anti-trust law, energy and telecommunications law, administrative law (including pharmaceutical and mining law)and in litigation, including international and domestic arbitration. The Firm also renders selected services in tax law.
Prof. Wierzbowski, who for more than 10 years previously was an attorney and a partner in major international law firms, established the Firm in 2004.
Since 2004 the Firm has been involved in a large number of transactions and has handled many disputes and other cases. Our lawyers have extensive experience, often stemming from practice in major international law firms and governmental agencies.
The Firm offers a full, seamless and integrated service for Polish and foreign companies, including legal advice at all stages of investment projects. We can assist our clients in obtaining capital, in applying for concessions and permits, and also in appeals against unfavorable decisions.
