For instance, the firm deemed the work of the Foundation of the Polish Institute of Directors (www.pid.org.pl) to be highly important and in the public interest, since the Foundation focused on the development and promotion of best practice and principles in corporate governance. For this reason, the firm provided pro bono legal services to the Foundation, thereby supporting the creation of transparent standards in the Polish capital market - one of the key elements underpinning a prosperous, modern market economy.

We have acted in the same way in a number of cases where advice was sought by individuals.

The firm's lawyers frequently support initiatives by student organizations, for example through attending meetings with their members or sharing their experiences at student conferences.

The firm provides pro bono legal services, or services for a symbolic fee, only in areas in which and Partners - Advocates and Legal Counsellors specializes, and information about this should not be treated as a blanket offer of free legal advice.

When providing such services, the Firm must take into account the tax aspect, especially in the matter of VAT.
