PUBLICATIONS

The lawyers in the Firm try to share their expertise and experience with others, by publishing books and articles, as well as through presentations at conferences.

Prof. Wierzbowski is the editor and co-author of 3 academic textbooks, each of them having a number of editions - "Business Law" (together with Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz), "Administrative Law" (8 editions) and "Administrative Proceedings" (12 editions). Also Prof. Marek Wierzbowski has published, inter alia, "Debt securities - practical aspects" (with Z. Bielecka), "Major blocks of shares in public companies" (with M. Dyl), as well as Commentary on the Law on the Public Trading of Securities (with R. Czerniawski, 2 editions). He is a co-author of the Commentary to the Law on Protection of competition and Consumers (Antitrust Law) - to be published soon.

Marcin Marczuk has frequently presented papers at conferences on such matters as option plans for management/employees and initial public offerings.

Tomasz Siedlecki is a co-author to the commentary on public procurement law and author of number of articles concerning public procurement.

Mr Sławomir Jakszuk also is very active with speeches at conferences concerning capital markets. He has written number of publications on that topic.
